Application: It is used to isolate aluminum soup and iron material, block the precipitation of iron components and melt into the aluminum soup, and is suitable for the surface coating such as stone which is in contact with the aluminum soup.

Instructions:

1. Clean the inner and outer linings with refractory materials such as soup spoons, soup buckets, holding furnaces, melting furnaces, etc.

2. Dilute the F2 water-based coating agent with water by 1~5 times (depending on usage habits), stir it evenly and apply it evenly on the surface with a brush (use at room temperature).

3. Drying or oven drying (when the water is dry), it can be used after it becomes white and yellow after being simmered to dry; the first use needs to be repeated two to three times, and subsequent repairs can be done.

Note: If blisters appear when baking, it means that the water is not dry and needs to be re-applied.

Repeat the drying step of Method 3.
